March ended up being the most expensive month so far this year. Of course, a trip to the vet is the reason. Stinger went for his yearly joint injections, so new to this month’s summary of expenses is the milage and hours we spent driving. The vet’s office is a little over an hour away, so that will be included at the end.
I wanted to show the breakdown of the vet bill for anyone who might be curious. (This is just an example of what I actually paid, other vets/locations may be different) He didn’t need any repeat x-rays at this appointment, so the costs include the injections for both hocks, injections for front coffin joints, sedation, and some other miscellaneous items.
I also paid the fourth payment for my slot race entry fee, so I only have one payment left. We didn’t have nice enough weather to go to any shows, so that is the only entry fee for this month. Stinger also got his shoes reset again.
